The Small Goodbye

 This may be the last post that xanga ever sees

Its only right that I end this.

everytime i come here i see thoughts of peple around the world which deepends the feeling of being alone.if only i could reahc out and keep in touch with every single thought i want to keep tangible.

Its not possible.at least not now. My last reading was an entry sayign adieu to this place. He said it drew its last breath. aptly put.

My life has started anew

and even with these last words looking at no comments nor a hope for seeing new faces here i hope every single person that ive come across due to this,every single one that has either just stopped by or changed my life or a facet of the man that i am now is doing ok.

The Growth hormone also known as somatotropin is a hormone that stimulates both growth and cell reproduction in mammals. It is a single chain polypeptide acid. This hormone is synthesized andstored and also secreted by the somatotroph cells located i nthe lateral wings of the anterior pituitary gland.

Conrtollers of GH secretion:

the Gorwth hormone is secreted into the blood by somatotrope cells in larger amounts than any of the other hormones.Peptides are released by the neurosecretory nuclei of the hypothalamus into the portal venous blood surrounding the pituitary.The peptides are the major controllers of secretions by the somatottropes.The balance of these peptides are what stimulate GH release.This balance is greatly affected by physiological stimulators and inhibitors of GH secretion.

Stimulators of the Growth Hormone include but are not limited to:

The effects of the Growth Hormone are commonly referred to as anabolic,a building up of cells in order to be fully activated.Gh acts by interacting with a certain receptor on cell surfaces. GH is commonly known for increasing ones height especially during childhood.

GH directly stimulates division and multiplication of chondrocytes of cartilage. The happen to be primary cells in the end of childrens long bones.

It increases calcium retention

It increases muscle mass through the creation of new muscle cells

It promotes lipolysis , which results in the reduction of adipose tissue

It promotes liver gluconeogenesis

It stimulates the immune system

I missed many things.

Not much has changed with me,for those willing to lend their ears to this lonely page.

Been questioning for years on the idea of God's existence,ive found that he doesnt exist.but then again thats just a beleif ande are all different in how we view things.One man can say im completely wrong and show me evidence whilst others proabaly wouldnt know what to think.

Nothing much else.work,school,same pattern every day.i want to break from the monotony and go somewhere adventerous.for those of you still alive here reply

Been A minuite.

Been busy to the extreme,no jokes.Though this time ive got a week off.Ive been away from so many peopel for so long in light of work and schooling,stress weighs on you.

Though today was a good one.Came to fist class with Adhi playing the tabla and her sister playign the sitar,a little pre-christmas treat.Felt rejuvinated after those few hypnotic hours.

Still Alive yes.

My mother's longtime friend came over form Boston today.i woke up went outside for Saturday College to find out he slept in his car the night before.Bedazzled was me to find out he haddriven all the way here without a hotel reservation.this nice man,one ive known for a while.always smiling when he greets you,stories hidden behind his curteousy.We set the table this night for dinner,my first ever "true" eating at a table.the food tasted better,setting was calm.In the most upright manner he said grace in his grumbling voice(i never pray)i just spectated grinning to myself.Afterwards i thanked him for preparing the meal,and he said it was his pleasure to sit at the same table. 

we spoke of his son in Florida living with his mother.out of these years theres little i know about this kindhearted Jean besides the fact that lifes dealt its blow to him.yet he still keeps on.
